AI Vinci: Photo Generator ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and storage of your information.
AI Vinci does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. We temporarily store original and AI-generated images securely encrypted on our servers for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. Images are associated with your device's unique identifier for organizational purposes only.
The App may temporarily collect facial images solely to generate AI-based photo edits or transformations requested by the user. Face data is utilized exclusively for image processing and generating requested outputs. This data is never used for identification or authentication purposes.
We do not share face data with any third parties. All facial images collected by the App are securely encrypted and stored on our servers for processing purposes only.
Facial images and any related face data are securely retained for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the data is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
Generated images are stored securely on our servers solely to provide functionality and improve user experience. Images are not shared, sold, or used for advertising or marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and restricted access protocols to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We utilize OpenAI's ChatGPT-o Image Generator to produce AI-generated images. OpenAI has its own privacy practices independent of ours.
You have the right to request the deletion of your images at any time before the 30-day retention period ends by contacting us directly at support@aivinci.app.
AI Vinci does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware of such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. Changes will be posted with the effective date clearly indicated.
